• Your child’s safety is of utmost importance to us. When dropping off your child (birth – age four) you will receive a security tag with your child’s name on it that you will bring back to the class to use to pick up your child. 

• All of our kids' teachers have completed background checks, provide three character references checked by the church, undergo an interview, complete Sexual Abuse Awareness training and are monitored regularly by First West staff.

Sunday Morning Worship

• We celebrate corporate family worship at First West. For children to see and be with their parents and other church members in worship is an incredible way to begin teaching children about the importance of the Gospel and the church. We strongly encourage children 5 years and older to join their families in worship. However, we offer Preschool Church for children birth – 4 years old during the 9:30 am worship service. Wednesday Night Grow Groups

• Join us on Wednesday nights for our kids' Grow Groups, for children in kindergarten to 6th grade. Every Wednesday from 6:30-7:45 pm kids will dig into God's word with Bible study, songs, crafts, games and more. Starts August 14th, 2024 and goes through the school year.
